Situated on a stunning hilltop site on the North Shore of Kauai, Kalihiwai marks our first of many exceptional projects with Walker Warner and RS Weir General Contracting. Our scope included the complete primary structure – delivered as component assemblies to expedite the project schedule. Through proactive engagement in design assist, working concurrently with RS Weir during pre-construction, we conducted an in-depth analysis of construction planning, strategically optimizing efficiencies for the entirety of the project.
